Privacy & Terms
This site has no analytics, no tracking cookies, and no advertising pixels. I don't build a profile of you, and I don't sell or share your data. The only personal information I receive is what you choose to send me: when you click a booking or contact button, your own email program opens with a message ready to send, and nothing is transmitted until you send it yourself. I keep your message and contact details only to reply and, if we work together, to organise the shoot, no longer than needed, and never passed on.
To show prices in the right currency, this site checks the country your connection is in, using a third-party service. This happens in your browser to decide whether to display Norwegian kroner or euros. Your IP address is handled by that service for this single purpose; I don't store it or use it for anything else. If it ever shows the wrong currency, it doesn't affect your final quote, which I always confirm with you directly.
Prices in Norwegian kroner (NOK) are for the Norwegian market. Prices in euros (EUR) are for the Spanish and Catalan market. This is because Nítid is based in Norway. For projects in Spain or Catalonia, travel and accommodation are added on top of the euro price. All prices shown are starting points ("from"); the final price is agreed with you per project before anything is booked.
You can ask me at any time what information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Just email [email protected] and I'll take care of it.
All images on this website are the copyrighted work of Mikkel / Nítid. They may not be copied, downloaded, screenshotted, reproduced, or reused in any form without my written permission.
When you book a session, you're also choosing my way of shooting and editing, that style is part of what you're hiring. The photos I deliver are finished, edited works, and they're yours to use as agreed (personal use, or the commercial use included in a business package). They're not to be re-edited, substantially re-cropped, or have filters applied, as the editing is part of the work and my authorship. If you have specific wishes for the look, tell me in writing before the shoot and I'll gladly talk them through with you.
The specific terms of each shoot, what's included, delivery, licensing, any deposit, rescheduling, and how the photos may be used, are set out in the agreement I send when you book. Reaching out or requesting information places you under no obligation. Where a special rate is offered in exchange for featuring in my portfolio, the details of that exchange are agreed with you in writing before the day.
