[Draft] I work around your service, not through it. All I need is a table and the dishes as they come. I stay out of the pass, keep clear of the staff, and photograph the food while it is still at its best.
[Draft] Fifteen years performing taught me how much work goes into something meant to look effortless. I bring that respect to a plate: the detail, the texture, the intent behind it.
We had two photo sessions that could not have been better. On one hand, Mikki's preparation, researching our corporate image and the style of our social media and website, made everything run smoothly from the start. I hugely value his ability to organise and adapt to our schedules, as well as the punctuality and warmth with which the work was done.
As for the artistic side, I could not be happier. It was a real success how quickly he found what we were looking for, and he captured the essence of our kitchen, our dining room, the space, and our people, all with impeccable efficiency. On top of that, we received the results in under five days. Without a doubt, we will work with him again, more than once.
